Review

Now this is how you turn a video game into TV Show/Movie.  This show is spectacular. I honestly am trying to find some reason to point it out being bad, but it really is the exact opposite. It is almost perfect.

Padro Pascal, between this and [[The Mandalorian]], has become my favorite actor. His ability to provide such deep emotion is outstanding. I know he has done a lot of videos about being "Daddy," I'd let this man take me out to dinner.

Bella Ramsey also needs a solid shoutout. She has done so well, being a child of this world and she really just kills it. I love watching her work.

My favorite episode is the Bill and Frank episode. I know some people are upset as it deviates from the story quite a bit, but it is a beautiful episode. It was amazing.

As for accuracy to the game, I couldn't honestly tell you as I have not played the game, but I will after this show. From my understanding it is incredibly close to the game and I highly recommend watching the episode breakdowns from the YouTube channel New Rockstars which does a great job of recall and references to the story at large.

My Rating

This will be my favorite show of 2023 and it is only March when I write this. I give it a 9 - 9.5 out of 10 only because some of the episodes don't have the same pacing as others and it shows.

Parental Rating

My parents are out. There is a ton of language and violence, but mainly that is overall. Most of it is point specific and what I mean by that is the bulk of violence and language is very specific to the events happening. It isn't just thrown out all willy nilly. I make these qualifiers as because of this, I think that I could get them to watch it and I would want them to because it is SOO good. That is why this show is both approved and rejected.
